“I have been working with Damian over the last couple of years. During this time he has shown great dedication to looking for a role within the UX field. He is highly enthusiastic and passionate about the field and is always keen to problem solve any issues we have come across. He notices things that the average person may not, and thinks of how it may impact upon service-users or patients. He is able to recognise ways in which the product/service can be improved and how it best can meet the needs of the target audience. He is thoughtful and compassionate to those around him, and is always there to offer a helping hand.
