Logistics is a complex matter and each client and operation have different needs and requirements. Only through thorough research of your requirements and objectives can an individual plan be formulated. I am happy to personally converse with anyone and everyone needed to ensure that everything goes smoothly, and I get a great deal of pride and satisfaction from seeing the culmination of a logistics plan leading to a successful outcome for a client.
In addition to organising logistics, Damian is also able to consult with clients with regard to risk assessments, safety management plans, and the formulation of Standard Operational Procedures, as well as providing technical advice.
His previous clients have included Rannoch Adventure for Ross Edgleys World Record Loch Ness swim, and Row Aurora for Dawn Smith MBEs rowing expeditions. He has arranged the movement of a 7m rowing boat from its home in Essex to the world’s most northerly settlement, dealt with foriegn governments to ensure unhindered movement of firearms, and negotiated the movement of dogs within passenger aircraft. He’s qouted as saying, ‘Nothing is impossible, it just might be very hard to realise’, and will find a way to make things happen, somehow.
